INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS This include CCMA and arbitration representation; ongoing review of employee contracts in line with the Basic Conditions of Employment Act; union representation and bargaining council representation; and assistance with disciplinary hearings. HUMAN RESOURCES Legislative compliance with regards to the Basic Conditions of Employment Act, Labour Relations Act, Skills Development Act, Employment Equity Act and Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act. PAYROLL This include processing the payroll; dealing with SARS (PAYE, SDL, UIF); EMP201 and EMP501 submissions and general SARS queries; reporting (monthly payslips and reports on payroll) and backups.
